Luffa Angled or ridged gourd is a tender and tasty vegetable that grows vigorously and matures in 45 days after the flower sets. It is a warm-weather crop and grows well with moderate fertilization and well-drained soil. Hand pollination may be necessary. Train the plant to climb on vertical support for better air circulation, straighter fruit, and ease of harvest.
